The essence of surgical lights is different from ordinary lights to meet the special requirements of surgery. The first is the brightness requirements of the operating room lighting, the second is the safe operation lighting, the third is the shadow-free requirement, the fourth is the cold light requirement, and the fifth is the mobile and disinfection requirement. Surgical lights include two series of integral reflective surgical lights and hole-shaped surgical lights.
The integral reflector surgical lamp is also a molecular mother lamp and a single lamp. Hole type surgical lights are also divided into letter lights and single lights. The operating light can ensure the brightness of the operating room. The surgeon in the operating room must be able to accurately distinguish contours, colors, and movements. Therefore, a light intensity close to the quality of daylight is required. Can provide at least 100,000 illuminance light intensity.
The maximum brightness of a single lamp is 150,000 illuminance, and the brightness of the surgical lamp can be steplessly adjusted. If a failure occurs during the operation, the spare bulb can be automatically switched for 0.3 seconds, so the surgical lamp can provide safe surgical lighting. The operating lamp can meet the requirements of non-shadow lighting through the multi-faceted reflector.
The reflective surface is formed by industrial stamping at one time. The reflectivity is 95% high, forming a uniform beam. The light beam reaching the operation area is formed at a distance of 80 cm from the light board to ensure the operation.
